Optional Workshops

Four optional workshops are available on Thursday, 2 October.

These workshops are not included in the conference registration fee and incur an additional cost

Registration Cancellation Penalty

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be in writing and received by CW3 Event Agency by 15th August 2025.

A 50% refund will be made for cancellations in writing and received by CW3 Event Agency up to 15th September 2025. After this date, refunds will not be given for cancellations.

Delegates may transfer their registration to another person at any time and must do so in writing to CW3 Event Agency.

Flexible Payment Options for 2025

This year, APDT is offering new payment options to help attendees manage their conference expenses more conveniently.

You can now pay in instalments via direct debit under the following schedule:

• Payment 1: 30% due within 14 days of registration
• Payment 2: 30% due by June 2nd, 2025
• Payment 3: Remaining balance due by September 2nd, 2025

Please note that it is the delegates’ responsibility to ensure all payments are made on time and according to the schedule. By selecting the instalment option, you agree to pay your registration fee in full by September 2nd, 2025. The APDT reserves the right to cancel registrations with unpaid balances on instalment plans. In the event of cancellation, any payments made will be retained and are non-refundable.

The instalment plan is subject to the conference’s cancellation policy, including applicable timeframes and terms.
