Enhance Your Communications: Add the APDT Conference Email Tile

We are excited to share with you the official email tile and social media profile overlay for the upcoming APDT Conference. Adding these to your communications is a great way to show your participation and connect with fellow attendees.

Email Tile

Download the signature : 

Instructions to add the email tile to your signature:

For Outlook (Desktop):

1. Select Mail, then click on Signatures.
2. In the Email Signature tab, click New to create a new signature or select an existing one to edit.
3. Place your cursor where you want the tile to appear.
4. Click on the Insert Picture icon, browse to the saved email tile image, and insert it.
5. Click OK to save your signature.

For Gmail:

1. Open Gmail and click on the Gear icon > See all settings.
2. Navigate to the General tab and scroll down to Signature.
3. Click Create new to make a new signature or select an existing one to edit.
4. Place your cursor where you want the tile to appear.
5. Click on the Insert Image icon, upload the email tile image, and insert it.
6. Scroll down and click Save Changes.

Social Media Profile Frame

We’ve created a profile graphic overlay for you to use on your social media profile picture to highlight your involvement.

Download the overlay frame :

Instructions:

1. Use a free tool like Canva, Pixlr, or any photo editing app.
2. Upload your profile picture and the overlay PNG file.
3. Layer the overlay on top of your profile picture and adjust placement as needed.
4. Save the final image and upload it to your social media accounts.
