Accommodation
The hotel has Grand City King and Double Queen bedrooms at discounted rates for delegates attending the APDT conference.
Making an Accommodation Booking
To secure the conference rate, accommodation bookings are made during the registration process.
Grand City King Room – $255.00 per room per night, room rate only.
Grand City Double Queen – $255.00 per room per night, room rate only.
Breakfast will be at a reduced rate of $25.00 per person when you book with the hotel.

Accommodation Payment
During the registration process you will be asked for your credit card details to guarantee your booking. Payment will then be taken directly by the hotel at their discretion, either prior to check-in (using the provided credit card) or upon check-in. When you make a booking during your registration process, you are agreeing to the hotel cancellation policy. Should you cancel or no-show the hotel will use the credit card on file to charge the relevant fees.
Change of Reservation and Cancellation
You may cancel your accommodation booking, without penalty up to Saturday 16, August 2025.
Cancellation requests (including night reductions) after Sunday 17, August 2025, may be subject to one night cancellation fee at the discretion of the hotel.
Any cancellations, including room night reductions after 31 August, will incur full cancellation fee of all room nights not utilised.
All non-arrivals will incur full cancellation fees for all room nights non-utilised.
Check In/Check Out Times
Check in is from 2:00pm
Check out is before 10:00am unless otherwise confirmed by the Hotel. If rooms are required later an additional fee will apply.
