We are pleased to offer a discounted accommodation rate at the Stamford Grand Adelaide during the conference.
The discounted rate will be automatically applied on bookings made on the link below.
Booking will close on 16 September 2025, or earlier if the hotel becomes fully booked.
Accommodation Payment
During the booking process you will be asked for your credit card details to guarantee your booking. Payment will then be taken directly by the hotel at their discretion, either prior to check-in (using the provided credit card) or upon check-in. When you make a booking during your registration process, you are agreeing to the hotel cancellation policy. Should you cancel or no-show the hotel will use the credit card on file to charge the relevant fees.
Change of Reservation and Cancellation
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies—cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid charges.
Discounted rate is room only
Discounted breakfast available at $25 per person.
All non-arrivals will incur full cancellation fees for all room nights non-utilised.
