Peta Clarke is a dedicated animal trainer with nearly 30 years of experience in Australia and America. Her experience spans working with a wide range of animals in zoos, aquariums, and domestic settings. With a wealth of experience training exotic animals and working with pet owners, Peta has also made significant contributions to the entertainment industry. Her work on the films “Babe”, “Top End Wedding”, “The Invisible Man”, “The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart” and “Runt” showcases her versatility and expertise. A notable achievement was training the chihuahuas and bulldogs for the stage production “Legally Blonde the Musical,” a task that required the dogs to perform 8 shows a week for almost 2 years, and in which, the chihauhas had a speaking role!
Peta is also heavily involved in canine scent work, a recognised competition sport in Australia since 2020 and for which she is proud to
serve as a Foundational Judge. She holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is a sought-after lecturer and consultant in Australia, offering insights to aspiring animal trainers and support to pet owners.
